SBCP Program Member Terms of Participation

As a Coordinator Trainee, you will be onboarded as a Program Member in CSAR's State BSAR Coordinator Program (SBCP). As a Trainee and Program Member, you will be engaged with CSAR's proprietary systems and may be exposed to information that is not generally available outside of CSAR. You will also represent CSAR in various ways. It is important that you understand the expectations and obligations inherent in being a Trainee and Program Member.

CSAR Program Member Terms of Participation - SBCP

CSAR's operations are governed by what is stipulated in its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. The SBCP and the obligations of each of its program participants are defined by the policy adopted by CSAR's Board of Directors. Links to all three documents are provided below.  You will be provided a google account ending in @coloradosar.org and access to the CSAR google system along with accounts to various other vendors.  Please treat all of these accounts as if you are an employee of CSAR.

Further, unless expressly authorized otherwise by the Executive Director, Program Members shall:

  • - not have the right to enter into agreements on behalf of CSAR,
  • - not spend or commit CSAR funds, and
  • - not speak to the media or publicly post information about or learned through CSAR channels.

Additionally, Program members shall:

  • - consider all information gleaned through CSAR as proprietary, including the implementation of its tech platform, documentation, and forms,
  • - not use CSAR accounts for personal matters,
  • - maintain appropriate levels of professionalism when representing CSAR,
  • - appropriately run concerns or feedback to their program manager or, if necessary, the executive director.
